Milton A. Goldberg Corporation was founded in 1955 by Milton A. Goldberg. The company was originally a wholesaler of better woman's apparel and eventually grew into a Boston landmark frequented by athletes and celebrities from around the country.

In 1970 Mark Goldberg, the current owner joined the firm and began a small division that specialized in providing footwear and apparel for the institutional marketplace in Massachusetts. The business expanded and grew into a national company doing business with state governments throughout the United States for the next 20 years.

In 1989 Milton A. Goldberg Corporation merged into Stonemark Incorporated a footwear company that eventually launched the footwear brand for Carter's children's apparel company among others.

As the retail and wholesale markets evolved Mark Goldberg relaunched the Milton A. Goldberg Company as a provider for state governments and institutions, however a retail division was added to provide one stop shopping for a wide assortment of promotional apparel and gifts.
